Warranty Details
Any purchase of our products will enjoy a one-year warranty period from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, the user can enjoy the after-sales maintenance service free of charge with the valid three guarantee certificate and the valid purchase invoice. Host return and replacement matters: consumers normally use the machine, the machine due to product quality problems and performance failure, consumers with a valid purchase invoice and three vouchers:
(1) It can be returned, replaced or repaired within seven days from the date of purchase;
(2) The machine of the same model and specification can be repaired or replaced in the corresponding product service center within 15 days;
Scope of exemption from warranty liability
(1) Beyond the warranty period
(2) There is no valid purchase invoice and three package voucher
(3) Machine damage caused by human factors
(4) Damage caused by disassembly or maintenance without authorization of the after-sales service center
